My own concoctions

I have been trying out numerous different recipes for a number of years now, all of which have contributed to filling my head to the brim with loads of ideas for dishes of my own design. These dishes are mostly inspired by the works of Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal, Thomas Keller, David Everitt-Matthias, Marco Pierre White and Gary Rhodes, as well as my mom and anywhere else I happen to have eaten something at one point in time.

This section is therefore dedicated to sharing some of those ideas with you. Now, I know they will not always be strictly Gordon Ramsay inspired, but who really cares!? I bet Gordon himself draws inspiration from a variety of other chefs, including quite a few of those I have listed above.
